Eric Johnson | Principal

I was born and raised in the mid-Michigan area and attended Central Michigan University studying Business Education with minors in Leadership and Communications. I have of a Masters of Arts in Charter School Leadership from Central Michigan University. I have a passion for working with programs and schools to help youth to be successful! I am excited to see Morey grow into a dynamic, energizing place to learn!

Anita Brown | Office Manager

I was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant; I’ve been married for 25 years and have four daughters. I’m truly blessed and honored to say that I have been part of the Morey family since 1997.  All of my children have attended Morey. Our oldest daughter started 1st grade the first year the school was open in 1997!  Before I was hired, I was very involved in the school volunteering in the classrooms and helping out anywhere it was needed. I was hired in 2007 as an office manager, and an administrative assistant.  I love that my job allows me to make relationships with all of our Morey families and students!

Ali Radojcich| Montessori Pre-School

I was born in Kalamazoo, but raised in Ann Arbor, MI. In between I lived in Poland, Europe, where I attended a Polish school and learned to speak the language. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Theatre and Interpretation, with a concentration in children’s theatre. I am passionate about providing students an environment where they can grow in public speaking. My free time looks a little differently now as I am working towards my Masters in Counseling from Cornerstone University. When I’m not busy with school or teaching, I like to spend my time getting involved with my church community. I’ve loved the opportunities I have had working here at Morey that have included my love for theatre, kids, even animals and cooking! I am excited to continue growing in relationships with the students and families.

I am currently working on my masters in Educational Leadership at CMU and I will complete my teaching certification with the North American Montessori Center this summer. I am so excited to share my passion for content, collaboration and community in my years ahead at Morey.

Eva Charkowske | 7-8 Teacher

Hi, I am the Middle School teacher at Morey Montessori.  I graduated from Central Michigan University with endorsements in Mathematics and Reading.  I enjoy teaching students how to take ownership of their own learning and watching them grow as individuals both in academics and in character.

My husband and I currently call Saint Louis home and live there with his 4 year old son, Vincent.  During the summer I love spending my free-time participating in different activities including playing sports, running, or simply going for a nature walk.  In the winter I prefer to stay inside cuddling up to a good movie or reading a book.
